Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Praxis Learn is an exam-preparation product operated by Praxis Notes ("we", "us"). These terms apply when you use Praxis Learn on the web or as an installed app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Sharing an account isn't allowed.

3. What Praxis Learn is, and what it isn't

Praxis Learn helps you study for the RBT® and BCBA® exams with lessons, practice questions, flashcards, mock exams and an AI study coach.

• Praxis Learn is not affiliated with or endorsed by the BACB®. RBT®, BCBA®, BCaBA® and BACB® are registered marks of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• All questions and explanations are written by our team. We never reproduce exam items.
• Praxis Learn is not the 40-hour RBT training and does not satisfy any certification requirement on its own.
• Readiness scores and practice results are estimates. They can't guarantee an exam outcome.
• Nothing in Praxis Learn is clinical, legal or supervisory advice about real clients.

4. Using the service responsibly

• No client information. Never enter client names or other identifying health information. This applies everywhere, including the study coach.
• Don't copy, scrape, resell or republish our questions, lessons or flashcards.
• Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or get around plan limits.
• Don't use the service to harass anyone or to create harmful content.

5. The AI study coach

The coach generates answers with an AI model, grounded in our lessons. It can still be wrong, so check important points against the linked lessons and your supervisor. The study coach is for exam preparation only. It doesn't give clinical advice about real clients; follow your supervisor and your organization's policies. Conversations are stored with your account so you can return to them; see the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Plans and payments

• The Free plan includes every lesson, unlimited flashcards, 20 practice questions a day, 1 full mock exam a month, unlimited 25-question quick mocks and 20 coach messages a day. We may adjust free limits with notice.
• Pro is a subscription billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment processor, Stripe. It renews automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from Billing. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
• "Unlimited" features are subject to fair use so the service stays fast for everyone. We'll contact you before limiting unusual usage.
• If prices change, we'll tell you before your next renewal. Taxes may apply where required.

7. Content and ownership

Our lessons, questions, flashcards, design and software belong to Praxis Notes. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own studying. Anything you create, such as notes or coach messages, stays yours; you let us store and process it to run the service for you.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using Praxis Learn and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice when we reasonably can.

9. Disclaimers and liability

We work hard to keep the content accurate and the service available, but we provide Praxis Learn "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including exam results, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and let you know by email or in the app before they take effect.
