Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

How many notes does each plan include?
Free includes 10 AI-generated notes and 10 revisions for one client. Individual includes 30 notes or revisions a month for one client. Pro includes 60 notes or revisions a month with unlimited clients. Generating a note and revising a note each use one credit.

What happens when I run out of notes?
You can buy additional note credits at any time, or wait for your plan to refresh at the start of your next billing cycle. Purchased credits never expire.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes, you can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time. Annual billing gives you 2 months free compared to paying monthly. When switching from monthly to annual, you are charged the prorated annual amount. When switching from annual to monthly, your annual subscription continues until the end of its billing cycle.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
