Public posting
Definition
Displaying performance data where the team can see them, such as a chart on a wall, as a form of feedback. It often works best with group or self-chosen data and attention to privacy.
Example from a session
A clinic posts a weekly graph of the percentage of session notes submitted on time by the whole team.
